What Next for Birmingham City?

Lee Clark wants to know where he stands. So do we. But the big burning question we are all wondering is: is there any chance of a takeover? In Ian Taylor’s column in today’s Birmingham Mail, he says that his good pal Michael Johnson, an ambassador and youth coach at Blues, reckons there is something in the pipeline. Something has to give sooner rather than later.

What Next for Birmingham City

The parameters to which Clark was forced to work with were extreme- and although Blues survived relegation this time round by the skin of their teeth, there is no guarantee that it will be any easier next season. I beg any interested parties to get the ball rolling and give us fans a bit of hope.

Now the dust has settled on the remarkable last gasp comeback at Bolton, we can all relax and enjoy the summer. I understand that a takeover is likely but to whom and for how much, I do not know. But let’s hope this situation can be resolved very soon for the good of the club and for the sanity of supporters.
